Is that in Colorado? The Audi doesn't have a front license plate, so they could get fined, unless it is an out of state car.

I got fined in Denver for having only a rear plate, regardless of my Texan origin.

That's crazy. I've seen people without front plates from states that don't require them and I always assumed they were safe.
